Why we should drink Yoghurt ?
] Friendly Bacteria may help reduce some of the symptoms of stress, researchers have claimed. ] Probiotics, the ‘Healthy’ bacteria found in some yoghurt drinks, are shown to ease gut problems caused by Long-term stress. ] Chronic stress is linked to the development of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and can worsen symptoms of inflammatory Bowel Diseases ,such as Crohn`s disease. ] But Probiotics compete for space with harmful bacteria and can reduce inflammatory responses, according to the study. ] This could offer a ‘Potentially Promising approach’ to the management of intestinal problems caused by stress, said researchers from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada. ] Bottom-line? Include yoghurt in your daily diet and be rid of many ailments – Both physical and mental .
